📱 Description of Service

Dubs is a non-custodial Solana wallet application that allows users to store, manage, and transact with Solana-based cryptocurrencies and tokens. The Service provides a user interface to interact with the Solana blockchain network.

👤 User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and seed phrases
• You must not use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
• You are responsible for all transactions made through your wallet
• You must provide accurate information when using our services
• You are responsible for keeping your app updated to the latest version

🔐 Non-Custodial Nature

Dubs is a non-custodial wallet, meaning we do not have access to, store, or control your private keys or funds. You retain full control and responsibility for your cryptocurrency assets. We cannot recover lost private keys or reverse transactions.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distributing malware or conducting any harmful activities

🧪 Beta Testing

During beta testing phases, the Service may contain bugs, errors, and other issues. Beta features are provided "as is" and we recommend using only small amounts of cryptocurrency for testing purposes.
